WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2008 by Robert A. Quintana II, QA Engineering, LLC (QAE) is Native American, Hispanic, Veteran-Owned Engineering, Commissioning and Construction firm (general construction license #389684). QAE traces its history with its owners Robert A. Quintana II P.E. and Jon C. Anthony P.E. In 2013 Jon C. Anthony P.E. partnered with Robert A. Quintana II P.E. QAE, an SBA 8(a) certified minority-owned, disadvantaged, small business, specializes in facility support design and construction services including mechanical, electrical, civil and energy engineering, commissioning, and lighting. QAE's staff is comprised of licensed plumbers, mechanical and sheet metal journeymen, safety professionals, construction project managers and certified commissioners, mechanical, electrical, civil and fire protection engineers, and CAD technicians. QA Engineering's expertise and capabilities make us uniquely qualified to provide both design and construction, including self-performing mechanical, HVAC, controls, TAB and commissioning.

Robert A. Quintana II P.E.

Robert is a Hispanic, veteran, registered Mechanical, Civil and Fire Protection Engineer and has over 25 years of extensive Mechanical Engineering. Robert is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), a Certified Commissioning Professional, and a LEED accredited professional.

Jon C. Anthony P.E.

Jon is a registered Tribal Citizen of the Chickasaw Nation and has over 25 years of extensive Mechanical, Fire Protection and Electrical Engineering, and commissioning experience with long standing engineering firms. Jon is also a LEED Accredited BD&C Professional. He is a licensed Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Engineer.

Geri Gallegos

Geri has over 30 years of experience in the construction-accounting industry, founded and operated two successful restaurants and currently the Accounting Manager for QA Engineering. She has assisted helping set up the accounting software at a nuclear plant and performed weekly payroll for over 400 union/non-union employees. Geri implemented job-costing in her role with QA Engineering as well as upgrading the accounting software and is also a main point of contact for vendors.
